FAQ:
1. Delivery; Inscriptions; Date of Pickup; Other Information
Shipping will only occur if you select a Local Taxi delivery or
contact us with regards sending the product to you under special
conditions. Additional charges will be incurred outside normal shipping.
Please specify any special needs, date of pickups, inscriptions
information etc. in the 'Add Comments About Your Order...' section
of the Checkout Shipping and Payment Sections of the purchasing
procedure. If there is any doubt then we will contact you by email
or phone. Please note that we need minimum of 24 hours to process your order.
2. Returns
In the event of the order being wrong we will accept the return
but please contact us with regards refund first prior to deposing
or eating the product(s). If the product is delivered wrongly then
we will take full responsibility however if the product has been
delivered and is not return given an error you will be charged for
failing to inform us of the mistake.
Partially eaten orders will not be accepted unless the are deemed
inedible.
